With more than 10 years of expertise, Linea positions itself as a shaper/manufacturer of food supplements in Tunisia, expert in formulation, manufacturing and packaging.

Located in Mahdia, our company has a 1000m² production unit. It is organized around the activity: The development of food supplements in full service and private labeling (white label).

Our development teams work from your specifications and your requirements to design with you the best dosage form as closely as possible to your request and monitor the production of the products from test batches to industrial production.
Our experience in galenics allows us to adapt to the chosen ingredients, regulatory constraints and to offer products that correspond to the desired use.

Our turnkey packages adapted to your market

LINEA offers you a wide choice of “standard formulas” (capsules, tablets, single-dose sachets, gel, cream, syrups, etc.) developed by our R&D department and corresponding to different market segments.

Whether you want to produce a small, medium or large series, we are there at your side at each stage, formulation, regulations, design, marketing, production, packaging and other additional services on request such as specific packs.

For your liquid forms, we have skills in the manufacturing of liquid plant extracts sourced mainly in Europe. We can therefore offer formulations of syrups and plant complexes.

Our quality controls

Product conformity is ensured by monitoring precise and rigorous operating procedures for each manufacturing process, by control procedures at each stage of production, and by computerized traceability of batches from raw materials to the finished product.

The quality team carries out the following missions:

Selection and approval of raw materials

Receipt control and analytical control plan for raw materials

Control of critical points and product specifications during manufacturing

Documentary review and analysis of finished products according to customer specifications before release and availability.

Regulations

A dedicated service ensures regulatory monitoring following community and French regulations for ingredients and their uses in food supplements.

Regulatory developments are studied and we ensure the reformulation of products in conjunction with our customers when this proves necessary.

The regulatory department assists our clients by providing the necessary documents, recommended by the EFSA, and in the preparation of approval files to be filed with the DGCCRF and in the labeling of their products.
